Our Fees
We appreciate the need for clarity and certainty when you are choosing your Notary Public and are proud to be able to provide competetive fixed fee quotes for Notary Public services.
1 / Notary Fees - No VAT is charged and so an additional 20% is not payable
For general notary services, fees start from £105 per document for individuals and £145 for corporates, with a discount offered for multiple documents.
If your matter is more complex, a bespoke quote will be provided.
Any additional fees in respect of travel time and costs (for mobile appointments) and other disbursements will be made aware to you in advance.
2 / Legalisation and Apostilles
Our fees for dealing with legalisation is £20 per document.
This does not include the additional fees that are charged by the FCDO or consulate for legalisation. For reference, the FCDO currently charge £45 plus courier or postage per document.
3 / Weekend Notary Public
We are proud to be able to offer Notary Services on weekends and in emergencies. Obtain a quote for weekend and emergency notarising.
